Modern glazing

When choosing a modern roof window, the key element is the glazing unit, which as standard must now consist of three panes to meet Polish building standards specifying a maximum heat transfer coefficient of 1.1 W/m²K.

For the full safety of household members, the outer pane should be tempered, which makes it resistant to hail impacts, while the inner pane must be laminated with film, so that if broken it will not shatter into sharp pieces. Everyday comfort is enhanced by special coatings: anti-sun coatings, which prevent the attic from overheating drastically in summer, acoustic coatings, which quieten the annoying sound of rain, and self-cleaning coatings, which under the influence of sun and water make it easier to wash away dirt.

Attic lighting

Do you dream of a bright, spacious attic with a wide view of the surroundings? The key to success is the right combination of window joinery. An excellent example of a modern arrangement is combining the innovative FAKRO preSelect MAX GREENVIEW roof windows with a lower FXU window (in the KDV-X system). Such a combination, with additional glazing in the lower part, drastically increases the inflow of natural daylight while eliminating the need to install two separate windows.

The windows used in this arrangement stand out with elegant frames and a durable polyurethane finish that fits perfectly into modern interiors. Your thermal comfort and quiet in the attic are ensured by advanced triple glazing units with an outstanding heat transfer coefficient (Uw = 1.00 W/m²K). This guarantees excellent thermal and acoustic insulation at every time of year.

Interiors flooded with light

Discover the potential of a flat roof

Interiors full of life, harmony and natural light are now the standard of modern construction. Thanks to innovative flat-roof windows, you can brighten every corner of your home, creating extremely friendly and healthy living conditions for yourself and your loved ones. By choosing this solution, you invest not only in unique styling that will transform your interior, but also in the highest comfort and safety.

Specially designed flat-roof windows stand out with outstanding thermal insulation. They effectively protect against heat loss, which genuinely lowers the cost of maintaining the house. Made of extremely durable PVC profiles, they provide complete resistance to extreme weather conditions. When you add anti-burglary glazing units and the manufacturers long-term warranty (up to 10 years), you gain the certainty that it is an investment for years.

Internal blinds

Your comfort and lighting on your terms

Internal blinds have long ceased to be merely a practical protection against the sun. Today they are one of the most important decorative elements, capable of completely transforming the character of any room. Do you want to wake up in the gently diffused rays of the morning sun? Or perhaps you need deep blackout in the middle of a summer day, to watch a film in peace or put a child to sleep? With well-chosen window accessories, all this is within reach.

Modern blinds also mean care for your interior. Thanks to specialised materials that effectively block harmful UV radiation, your furniture, floors and favourite furnishings are protected from fading. This is especially important in strongly sunlit attics and large facade windows. In addition, blinds help maintain an optimal temperature: on warmer days they noticeably slow the heating of the interior, and in winter they create an additional barrier, reducing heat loss. This translates into real savings and uninterrupted comfort all year round.
